Improving a project from last year..,

Project from last year, it is to do with designing a house that is influence by Le Corbusier's Shodan house.

The reason why I have chosen Le Corbusier, is because of his understanding in how he has used concrete in most of his projects and houses.  He has used many methods of expressing concrete in public and private spaces.  the point of this project was to aim for a better living space, and to create a flow of movement in the house.  my house is not meant to be pretty from the outside, but it is a great atmosphere inside.  it is mainly of reinforced concrete,  and a few finishing materials.  Part of this concrete based house's concept, is that this was supposed to be located in Manchester, United Kingdom, because Manchester was an industrial city, with lots of factories and revolutions in manufacturing.  Giving the house an industrial look was mainly the main point and aim of this project.

4 floors, a library, 2 offices, an art gallery, 1 master bedroom, 1 guest bedroom, a kitchen with living room, and a sky light roof, with a garden from the kitchen door.

I am willing to improve the client presentation board. by inserting more pictures on the client sheet, to make it more visual and understanding, I also want to improve my skills on using google sketch up, now that it has been only a year since I have been using it, with time i will improve the look of any building from the outside, even though its not meant to look pretty on purpose.  just to hide the lines to show how the concrete looks like.
